Reserve Bank of India Services Board, Mumbai invites applications for recruitment of Legal Officer and Assistant Archivist. The Online Registration start from 23rd May 2016 and close on 3rd June 2016.

Qualification and Experience:
Legal Officer ->
(1) Essential - Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters / years.
(2) Desirable - Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters / years or Master’s Degree in Law. Proficiency in computer applications.
(3) Essential Experience - At least two years’ experience as an Advocate or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/financial institution / statutory corporation / company and/or legal associate / legal consultant in an Advocate’s or Solicitor’s office or in the Legal Department of Central / State Government or as teacher in law in a Law College / University.
(4) Desirable Experience - Special knowledge of Banking Law, Company Law, Labour Law and Constitutional Law and experience in drafting of pleadings and documents.
Assistant Archivist ->
(1) Essential - Degree or Diploma in Archives keeping or Archives Administration or Archival Science or Archives and Records Management from a recognized University or Institution.
(2) Desirable Experience - The candidates should possess working experience in an Archives Office or Archives Project or teaching or research experience from a recognized University or Institution.
