| Job Description: | Our client is an online search engine where producers, directors or managers look for specific entertainers or artists as we commonly call them. We have been retained to recurit Phone Verification Officers who would be primarily be resposnibile for validating entertainment artist over the phone. - Provide ‘world-class’ service excellence to our clients by offering a delightful and consistent telephone verification experience. - Attend to both inbound and outbound telephone calls/contacts in accordance with the standard operating procedures. - Online data transactions processing, which includes many statistic and data maintenance. • Fresh Graduates (College Graduate) OR at least HS grad with 1 year BPO experience • Above Average to Excellent Hindi, Gujati & English Communication Skills. • Experience in a BPO/Call Center setting is very much preferred. • Should be amenable working on shifts, holidays, weekends and overtime |
